What data we collect
Contact form. When you use the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, your email address, and your message. We use it only to read and reply to your message. The message is delivered to us by email.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (aruba.it) may automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
Google Fonts. This website uses fonts provided by Google Fonts. When you visit a page, your browser loads these fonts directly from Google’s servers, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser information. We have no control over how Google handles this data. Google’s privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
No analytics. We do not use analytics or tracking tools to monitor how visitors use the site.
Cookies
We do not use cookies to track you, and there are no login or account cookies, because visitors can’t create accounts.
The only cookie we set is by our cookie consent tool, CookieYes, which remembers your cookie choices so we don’t have to ask you on every visit. It is called cookieyes-consent and lasts up to one year. You can change your choice at any time.
Embedded content from other websites
Stories on this site may include embedded content (for example videos, images, or social media posts). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if you had visited the other website directly. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that content, including if you have an account and are logged in there.
Who we share your data with
We don’t sell your data. Your information is only shared with the services that help us run the site.
How long we retain your data
We keep messages sent through the contact form, including your name and email address, only for as long as our communication lasts. Once your enquiry has been dealt with, we delete them, unless we are legally required to keep them. Your cookie consent choice is stored in your browser for up to one year.
What rights you have over your data
If you have contacted us through the form, you can ask us to send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or erase it. You can also object to or ask us to restrict how we use it. This doesn’t cover data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. To make a request, write to [your email address]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
